These terms govern use of the Bundlepilotbase website and booked chart-review sittings. They are written in English.
Acceptance
By using this website or booking a sitting described on it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site and do not schedule a review.
Who we are
Bundlepilotbase provides informational pages and, separately, seated reviews of revenue and margin charts drawn from records you supply. A local data tracking utility may be obtained through Veve. Bundlepilotbase is not a financial institution, wallet, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform.
No financial service
Nothing on this site is an offer to hold funds, access private keys, execute transactions, or give investment advice. Charts and notes are records of figures you provide for a named period.
Informational pricing
Rates on /pricing/ are informational. This website does not process payments or complete checkout.
Intellectual property
Site copy, layout, and original chart layouts produced by Bundlepilotbase remain our intellectual property until a sitting’s pack is delivered to you for that period. Your source files remain yours. You may not copy the site for a competing offer. Third-party marks, including Binance® and MARVEL, belong to their owners; see the footer notices.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to overload it, or present Bundlepilotbase as a venue that can receive deposits or trades.
Liability
Charts can be wrong if source files are incomplete. We are not liable for decisions you make after reading a pack, for lost profits, or for venue or bank losses. Our liability for a booked sitting is limited to the fee paid for that sitting.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of GE. Courts of GE have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. The version published here on the date you use the site applies.
