Refunds for booked sittings
These rules apply to chart reviews, mapping sessions, walkthroughs, and ledger alignment booked with Bundlepilotbase. They do not describe product shipping, because we do not sell shipped goods on this site.
Eligibility
A refund relates to the fee for a sitting, paid by invoice or other off-site method you agreed in writing. Website visits are free and are not refundable because no fee is taken here.
Timeframe
Ask for a refund by email or telephone within 14 days of the sitting date, or before the sitting if you are cancelling. Requests after 14 days are considered only if we failed to deliver the agreed pack.
Full refund
A full refund is available if you cancel at least five full working days before the sitting and we have not started assembling charts from your files.
Partial refund
If we have already drafted charts from files you sent, we may keep up to 40% of the sitting fee for work already started and refund the rest. If you cancel inside five working days, we may keep 25% as a late-change hold.
Non-refundable items
Travel booked at cost for a site visit, once purchased, is not refundable unless the carrier refunds us. Printed tabloid copies already made for the sitting are not refunded.
Deposits
A deposit, when requested, holds the date. It is applied to the fee. It follows the same full or partial rules as the fee.
Rescheduling
One reschedule with at least five working days’ notice is allowed without a hold. Later changes may take the 25% hold or a new date fee if the original slot cannot be filled.
No-shows
If you do not attend a confirmed sitting and do not call, the fee is not refunded. We will still send any charts already drafted.
Work already started
Opening your files and drafting a pack counts as work started. Source files remain yours; we delete our working copies on request after the refund is settled.
Purchased materials
Paper and binding bought for your pack are treated as non-refundable once printed.
Process and method
Write to contact@bundlepilotbase.digital or call +16782120600 with the sitting date and the entity name. We confirm the amount in writing. Refunds go back by the same off-site method you used to pay, within 14 days of agreement. We do not refund onto a cryptocurrency wallet or exchange account.
Exceptions
If we cancel because a reviewer is unavailable and we cannot offer a new date within ten working days, you receive a full refund including any deposit.
