Period-close chart review

A seated review of revenue and margin charts built from the records you already keep, prepared for a specific close week.

Printed financial statements and a calculator on a wooden desk

Who it is for

Controllers, operations finance leads, and small finance teams who need a readable picture of revenue and contribution margin before they lock a period.

What you leave with

A dated chart pack that shows where revenue landed, where margin moved, and which lines still need a human note — ready to sit beside the close checklist.

Scope

We work from exports and ledgers you supply. Charts stay on your side of the desk. Bundlepilotbase, when used, remains a local record-keeping utility for arranging those figures; it does not connect to wallets, execute trades, or hold funds.

Who runs it

A Bundlepilotbase reviewer based around Social Circle, Georgia, working from the figures you send rather than from live market feeds.

How the sitting runs

  1. You name the period and the revenue and cost columns that matter for that close.
  2. We agree which source tables will feed the charts (spreadsheet, local export, or printed trial balance).
  3. Charts are drafted locally and marked where a line does not tie to a source.
  4. We sit with the pack — in person or by a scheduled call — and walk the margin stack.
  5. You keep the pack; we do not retain live access to your books.

Time and place

Half-day seated review (about four hours) after a one-week window to assemble the charts from the files you provide.

On site near Social Circle, Georgia, or a scheduled remote walkthrough of files that remain on your machines.

What to prepare

A locked period name, a list of revenue streams, cost buckets you already use, and exports that do not require us to log into any venue.

Limits

We cannot complete a review if source files mix several periods without a key, or if you need us to pull balances from an exchange or bank. Compatible export formats from venues such as Binance may be arranged locally by you; we only read files you bring.

Rate basis

Starting at $1,850 for a single-entity close week with up to twelve revenue lines. Larger groups or multi-entity packs are quoted after we see the column list.
